QCG DE&I Council
This is a voluntary organization led by employees dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment internally, & to our client workplaces. Through conversation, education, & dedicated thought space, we have created this Council to guide QCG as we continue on our DE&I journey.
What is Queen doing to attract and hire diverse talent? Our diversity initiatives and strategies are designed to attract, develop, and advance the most talented individuals regardless of their race, sexual orientation, religion, age, gender, disability status or any other dimension of diversity. Beyond this though, we are working to eliminate any unconscious bias that may exist in our recruiting practices. We are working to better advertise job opportunities, so we don’t turn away great candidates before they even apply. We are embarking on training for our internal team Queen has also partnered with organizations that can connect us with diverse talent and provide support to our clients in their DE&I goals.
How can Queen help the diversity and inclusion problem? By not only recruiting more diverse candidates, but also working side-by-side with our clients to place our candidates in work environments that align well with and support our diversity and inclusion goals. We are working toward being better informed on this topic so we can in turn better guide organizations to make the right hiring decisions.
